Sinclair House School operates a House System which gives pupils of all ages the opportunity to integrate. Siblings are kept together in the same House.
The children take part in various House Events and Competitions throughout the year, designed to encourage collaborative working and interaction across the year groups, as well as a sense of belonging and teamwork.
For example, the annual SHS Run-a-thon, Sports Day, and the Swimming Gala.

House Points are awarded for good performance, behaviour and effort in all areas of school life. Each child has a “House Card” to keep track of individually-awarded House Points.
House Points are read out in weekly Assemblies, to motivate children and the School Mascot is awarded termly to the leading House.
At the end of academic year, all House Points are counted and the SHS House Cup is presented to the House that has accumulated the most points across the year at our annual Prizegiving assembly.
