TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment of the termly fees invoice is due on or before the first day of each term. If fees are not paid in full by the due date, a surcharge of £25.00 will be added to the outstanding sum for every subsequent week, or part thereof, that the fees remain outstanding.
A full and clear term’s notice is required before the removal of a pupil or the cessation of any extras. In default of such written notice, the full term’s fees are payable. SHS Terms and Conditions are available from the school office and form the basis of the Parent Contract which comes into effect at the point of enrolment of a child into Sinclair House School.
Please note that there is a registration fee of £100 payable upon completion of our registration form which is non-returnable. It should also be noted that this does not guarantee a place for a child.
Definite offers of places will be made between six months and one year before the proposed date of entry. When a place is offered in the Nursery or the Preparatory School, a deposit of £2,000 is required to secure the place.
Once your place is confirmed, all necessary information will be forwarded and one term's notice period will apply.
After School Clubs
The school offers a variety of after-school clubs booked on a termly basis. All internal clubs are included in the school fees. External clubs are charged direct to families.
One full term's notice in writing is required before removal of child or one term's fees will be charged in lieu thereof
Any additional items, school trips and costs incurred during the term will be included on the next fees invoice.
Early Years Grant
Sinclair House School subscribes to the Early Years Grants with Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council.

We accept cheques (made payable to Sinclair House School Ltd) or bank transfer (bank details may be obtained from the School Office). We also accept Childcare Vouchers.
